Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the 2009 Annual Meeting. Your sponsorship serves as visible evidence of your organization’s commitment to the science of toxicology. In addition, your sponsorship provides an opportunity for you to increase overall awareness of your company to SOT members and Annual Meeting attendees. Acknowledgement signs, which group sponsors by the level of sponsorship, will be displayed prominently on-site and in communications related to the meeting such as the Preliminary Program, final Program, the pre- and post-meeting newsletters, ToxExpo™ Directory, and at the SOT Annual Meeting Web site. In appreciation for your support of SOT, Annual Meeting Sponsors will be invited to the SOT President's Reception.

There are four levels of sponsorship available:

• Diamond: $10,000 or more
• Platinum: $5,000–$9,999
• Gold: $2,500–$4,999
• Silver: $1,000–$2,499

Your sponsorship helps SOT keep registration fees low thereby enabling the Society to attract over 6,500 attendees to the Annual Meeting. Your sponsorship also will help offset the cost of functions such as: Minority Student Program, Undergraduate Program, Student and Postdoctoral Scholar Events, Continuing Education Program, Refreshments, Public Outreach, and the Welcome Reception.
